To support our Styling team we are searching for a Studio Production Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Support the Head of Studio WW (H.S.) in the day to day running of the Photo Studio

  • Manage all freelancer bookings (models, stylists, assistants,) as well as all invoices

  • Be the 1st point of contact regarding the bookings mentioned on the point prior + any studio occurrence related with the WW production work flow

  • Manage model castings to ensure model availability at all times

  • Manage freelancer recruiting for all areas of the photo studio to ensure freelancer availability at all times

  • Support the H.S. with the coordination of the logistics team and the logistic team in any task needed

  • Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation

  • Be a source of knowledge who is able to represent the Studio in both inter departmental and external meetings

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • 3 years experience working in a photo studio

  • 3 years experience booking models and freelancers in general

  • Technical Photography knowledge is an advantage

  • Logistic knowledge is an advantage

  • Extremely organized and reliable

  • Resilient, with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written English knowledge
